Kim Hartwell is a personal trainer, movement coach, yoga teacher, rock climber and avid nature lover. Her classes fuse biomechanics and yoga flow, so you can feel empowered to do what you love for longer. She is also the founder of Rock & Soul Adventure retreats which combine rock climbing, movement and general outdoorsiness.
A personal trainer for over 7 years, qualified by NASM-CPT (Certified Personal Trainer Level 3) and as a NASM-CES (Corrective Exercise Specialist Level 4). She has taught and coached in London's premium fitness studios, now teaching movement and mobility classes online. Kim has also studied with Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) and is a certified 200 hour yoga teacher with Quantum Yoga. She also holds a 1st class honours degree in Business Studies and Marketing.
Inspired by a passion for exploring full body, 360 movement her greatest passion is empowering others to feel confident in their body. Kim enables students to strengthen their bodies through conscious but playful movement. With this knowledge comes power and freedom to do what you love, better, pain free and happier for longer.

Kim has taught me to be patient with my body and allow myself to enjoy the process of learning. Training has become so much more to me now than weight loss and thats thanks to Kim. Kim has also taught me to laugh at myself, when falling over half the time in yoga and to not take myself too seriously!
